Junk removal and cleanouts
Point to it, and it’s gone. Our crew does all the lifting and loading, hauls it away, and sweeps up before we leave.
- Basement, attic and garage cleanouts
- Whole-house and estate cleanouts
- Hoarder cleanouts, handled with care and without judgment
- Furniture, mattresses and appliances
- Yard waste, brush and construction debris
- Sheds, decks and playsets: we take them down first, then haul them away
Junk removal is $40 per cubic yard, with a $100 minimum. A full trailer (10 cubic yards) is $400. A pickup truck holds 2 to 3 cubic yards. Heavy materials like shingles, concrete and stone, and items like tires, fridges and AC units, cost extra.
House cleaning
A clean home every week, every two weeks or every month. Every visit follows our checklist: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces, floors, doorknobs and light switches. See the checklist.
Cleaning starts at $95 a visit, priced by your home’s square footage. Every two weeks is our most popular plan.
Deep cleaning and move-out cleaning
These are for a fresh start, a move or a home that’s gotten away from you. You get everything in a regular clean, plus:
- Deep cleaning: we clean inside the oven and fridge and the interior windows, and wash the baseboards. We pull out the appliances and clean behind them too.
- Move-out cleaning: we do everything in a deep clean, plus inside and behind all appliances, inside every cabinet and drawer, and inside the closets. It’s for renters, landlords and anyone selling a home.
Because we price by square footage, it’s the same price whether the place is tidy or a disaster.
Deep cleaning starts at $250, and move-out cleaning starts at $350.
Airbnb and rental turnovers
We clean and restock your rental between stays. We can restock consumables and handle laundry, so your next guests walk into a five-star space. Trevor ran a dozen Airbnbs himself, so we know what a turnover needs.
The price depends on how many guests you host.
Commercial cleaning
We clean offices, rentals and commercial spaces. Every space is different, so we start with a walkthrough and give you a price.
Organizing and moving help
We sort out closets, garages, storage units and whole rooms, and we move, assemble or take apart furniture.
- Organizing is $40 per person per hour.
- Moving help and furniture assembly is $125 an hour for a two-person crew, with truck, trailer and tools.
- Demolition is $80 an hour for a two-person crew, plus disposal.

What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Harrisburg and work across Central PA: Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, Hershey, New Cumberland, Palmyra, Elizabethtown, Linglestown, Dillsburg, Lewisberry, Duncannon, York and Lancaster, and all of Dauphin, Cumberland, York, Perry, Lebanon, Lancaster and Adams counties.
How do I get started?
Book online, send a request, or call or text us at 717-674-4567. We usually reply within one business day.
How do I pay?
You pay after the job. We want you to be 100% satisfied before we collect payment, so we send your invoice by text or email once the work is done and you’re happy with it.
What if I need to cancel?
You can reschedule or cancel for free with more than 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours, or if no one is there to let us in, have an $80 fee.
How much does junk removal cost?

Do you do demolition?
Yes. If something has to come down before it can be hauled (a shed, a deck, a playset), we’ll take care of it.
