This website is owned and managed by TipTop Dwelling, a cleaning and junk removal company in Harrisburg, PA. This page explains what information the website collects when you visit, why, and what you can do about it. If you have questions or requests, you can email [email protected].
When you book or request a job
The price tool on our Pricing page works out your price right in your browser. If you then send us a request from it, the form saves what you enter (your name, phone number, email address, service address, the price you picked, your notes and any photos) on this site and sends it to our Jobber account, the service we use for scheduling, quotes and invoices. Photos you add are stored with Cloudflare and deleted after 90 days. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam. Cloudflare’s privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Our Book page uses Jobber’s own booking page and request form. Either way, your details go to our Jobber account so we can schedule the job, give you a price, send appointment reminders and your invoice, and afterward ask how we did. Jobber’s request form uses Google reCAPTCHA to keep out spam. Jobber’s privacy policy: https://www.getjobber.com/privacy-policy/. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
If you came to the site from one of our ads or a link with campaign tags, your browser remembers that (and the first page you saw) for 90 days, and a request you send from the price tool includes it, so we can tell which ads bring us customers. It’s kept in your browser, not on our site, until you send a request. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it.
When you call, text or email us
We use your phone number or email address to reply to you and to handle your job, including the reminders and invoice above.
When you leave a comment
Your name, email address, website (if you give one) and comment are saved on this site, along with your IP address and browser details to help catch spam. Your email address is never shown. If you tick “Save my name”, your browser keeps your details in cookies for next time. Email us if you’d like a comment removed.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and how they find the site: pages visited, the site you came from, your approximate location, and your device and browser. It sets cookies to do this. We see totals, not who you are. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can block Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or your browser’s privacy settings.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted by Liquid Web and protected by Cloudflare. Like every website, their servers see your IP address and keep standard logs to keep the site running and secure.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or share your information, and there are no ads on this site.
Your choices
You can email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we have about you.
